Covid-19 Crisis : Dunkirk won't host the first stop of the Tall Ships Race in 2021

The Dunkirk Urban Community decided that the city won't host the first stop of the Tall Ships Race and to cancel the Sails of Legend. This decision appears as a way to prioritize the financial support of the different companies of the region.
